Hello!

Hello I am going to tell you what we did in our class today.

We worked in the Mathlinks book pages 398-400.

We had to work on some algebra quetions.

Here are some examples.

z+7=4

w-7=5

10-h=8

Those were some of the quetions in the Mathlinks book.

Tomorro we have a test on algebra and everyone in

7-44 dont forget to study for it.

Today in math class we had T.L.E . Our lesson today in was Patterns and Relations.This lesson was pretty long but enjoying. |

Eg . One of the examples for T.L.E was " ABC ABC , what is the 30th letter in the sequence. 

What I did was ABC ABC ABC ABC ABC ABC ABC ABC ABC ABC so there for C is the 30th letter in the sequence.




I know the video is kinda complicated ,but its the only one I could find.

Hey Everyone!

Today in class we did number of the day and the number was 6918.205. We also corrected our Practise Test with algebraic equations like 7e+8=29 and 4x+2+3x=9. Isfeld gave us word equations where we had to show ALL of our work including the operation, verification and the answer in a sentence.

Eg. There are 2 more than half as many boys in the class as girls. If there are 12 girls how many boys are there.

This is what I came up with...

12/2+2=b

6+2=b

8=b

Verify

12/2+2=b

12/2+2=8

6+2=8

8=8

There are 8 boys in the class.

We corrected the balancing act and these are the answers.....

triangles =3

circles=6

square=1

oval=12

rectangle=11

pentagon=5

Febuary 19 2009 Post

Today in math we had a quiz involving algabraic equations and a word problem.

We also did this balancing act were the total 50 and the clue is the oval is larger than the square with lines through it.

Todays number was 7381.295.

I pick Jeric Reyese.

Hello Classmates and Teachers,

I'm gonna tell you what we did today in class ( Thursday February 12 , 2009 First Peroid)

Today in class we were doing T.L.E in Mr.Lamberts room.

The lesson we did today in T.L.E was Linear Equations 2.

The self check for this lesson was somewhat out of 9 so you had to atleast get 7 out of 9 to get a check mark beside the lesson.

Since some of the kids in the class finished early we went to a site called

So Today we didn't do number of the day.

Anyways remember we have no school on Monday and have a great long weekend !

Today in math class we did the number of the day. The number was 2857.236. We corrected our provincial folder's ordering fractions sheet then did another sheet about matching and ordering pictures to fractions.After we did that sheet we did another fractions thing.Our homework was algebra.(You can come here for help with algebra)
